You can start your application procedure by uploading your abstracts to our system upon finishing your registration via Sign up and Registration tab until 20 September 2017. The abstracts should not exceed 300 words and should include Turkish title, Turkish abstract, Turkish key words, jel codes, English title, English abstract and English Key words. The abstract should be prepared in Word Document format. National participants should fill in the Turkish abstract field. In addition, it is kindly requested of all authors to add their titles, institution names, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers.
Unless otherwise stated, the author who submits the paper will be accepted as the corresponding author. In this context, it will be accepted that the presentation of the paper will be done by the corresponding author.
As all correspondence will be carried out by the corresponding author, we kindly expect to clearify who will be the corresponding author. Besides, all communication information and correspondence addresses should be clearly stated in the relevant document.
Manuscripts are double - blind peer reviewed.
Your application will be evaluated by the referees within 5 business days, and you will be informed of the result. Once your abstract is accepted, we will send you " ICOMEP’17 Template.docx" as well as the acceptance letter. If you want to participate in the congress with full text paper, you can prepare your full text paper in accordance with the rules specified in the sample document. Please upload your full text paper prepared according to the specified criteria, bank receipt image, and scanned and signed registration form image at Finish Application tab under My Applications tab.
(It is optional to send the full text. The abstracts which are not submitted as full papers, will be included in the abstract book. The proceedings of the registered researchers who do not participate at the congress, will be included in the posters section of the proceedings book as full papers.)
Full text papers that are not prepared in accordance to the specified criteria will not be taken into the evaluation process. Papers that do not comply with the criteria will be published as abstract papers.

*If there are other participants for the same paper: 80 Euro additional per participant
*For the second paper by the same authors: 90 Euro
*For the third paper by the same authors: 60 Euro
*Lunch and coffee breaks are free of charge
*Special accommodation pricing for the ICOMEP participants;
For single room: 45 Euro, For double room: 55 Euro (VAT included)
*An additional discount for early registration: The participants who deposit their registration fees before 14 July 2017 will get 20% discount from the actual amount
Publication Facilities Provided by the Congress;
1.Selected paper will be published by CAMBRIDGE SCHOLARS.
2. All accepted papers will be included in the proceeding book with ISBN as electronic PDFs.
3.Selected papers will be published in an editorial book by an international publishing house.
4.Our negotiations with prestigious international publishing houses on the issue of the publication of selected proceedings are still in progress.

Evaluation of Papers Within the Scope of the Academic Incentive Regulation
In order for a scientific conference to be accepted as an international conference, there must be at least 5 foreign scientists in the scientific committee.This requirement is provided by the congress with the participation of scientists from abroad.For this reason, all the papers to be published in the abstract and proceedings book can be evaluated within the scope of the Academic Incentive Regulation.
Accomodation and Transportation
Coffee breaks, lunches and gala dinner are included in the fee. The conference fee doesn’t cover transportation and accommodation. Participants’ accomodation at the congress venue is optional.

University of Missouri–St. Louis Prof. Dr. Selahattin Dibooglu has graduated from Gazi University, Department of Economics in 1985 and gained his masters degree in 1988. He eared his PhD in 1993 form Iowa State University. He worked at Southern Illinois University between 1999-2003. Since 2003, Prof. Dibooglu has been working as professor at University of Missouri St. Louis. Prof. Dibooglu has many international papers and books on international finance, financial economics, money and banking, macro-monetary economics and economic development.
